Free Rent & Legal Protection Scheme*
One of the most worrying aspects in renting property, whether you have a single property or a large property portfolio, is that of rent collection and ensuring that the rent is paid and paid promptly. Of course, obtaining the right tenant in the first place can ensure that this does not become a problem. However, even the tenants with the best references can fail to pay the rent through circumstances beyond their control such as redundancy, illness or relationship breakdown. As a result, and to provide added security, we have introduced a unique Rent & Legal Protection Scheme*, which is built into our Rent Collection and Full Management services.
“Rent & Legal Protection* Should Be The Starting Point For Any Let.”
Rent & Legal Protection* is designed to protect your investment, providing peace of mind, meaning once your property is ‘let’ you can rest assured knowing that you will receive your rent.
There are also additional added benefits which this Rent & Legal Protection* provides, such as all of the Landlord’s own legal costs incurred in evicting tenants, as a result of non-payment of rent. Of course this rarely happens but if it does it’s nice to know you are covered!
*Rent & Legal Protection is subject to terms & conditions. Please ask for full details.
